Dear KAU Families,

Welcome to the 2008 season of KAU Little League! We are so pleased that you have chosen to spend your spring with us. Our goal is to teach children the games of softball and baseball in a safe and fun environment, within an atmosphere of healthy competition and good sportsmanship. Dozens of dedicated volunteers work year round to make this happen.  We hope you’ll join them and become a KAU volunteer!

This handbook was created to help parents become acquainted with KAU Little League’s rules and procedures. It also outlines the Parent and Player Codes of Conduct, the Parent and Player Safety Codes, the All-Star Selection Process, how to find the right equipment for your child (including bat and glove size), and how to resolve conflicts. Please read through the manual at your leisure and refer to it during the season.

Once again, we thank you for choosing KAU Little League for your children. There’s nothing like a Saturday afternoon at the ball field in the spring. We’ll see you there!
