WHAT IS ETC?EXCELLENCE TRAINING CAMPS These
camps were designed with you in mind! You pick the week (or weeks) you
want to attend. And if you sign up for more than one week, the second
week is given at a discount! Learn skills like S.A.Q for softball, effective hitting as taught by The U.S. Olympic Head Coach, Pitching techniques Jennie Finch herself uses, and fielding your position in unique and easy to understand instruction. ALSO INCLUDED: Free T-shirt, awards and refreshments on Thursdays, as well as mental skills and peak performance training no athlete should do without. Camps will run Monday through Thursday 9am-12 for younger campers (ages 7-12) and 1-4pm for the older group. Fridays will be available for extensive rain make-ups. Softball skills including: hitting, fielding, pitching and catching, Speed training, and an overall mental skills training that no young athlete should do without! WHO IS THE COACH? Jen Croneberger is a young, spirited coach who always tries to integrate fun and positive mental attitude in all she teaches. She has many years of experience with young people, both in coaching and mentoring. Some of her accreditations include: Certified Speed, Agility and Quickness Trainer, Personal Trainer and Mental Skills Training specialist, Pitching Coach and Training and Development Director for KAU Little League Softball, Speed and Conditioning Trainer for H.S. Football, H.S. Varsity Softball Coach, Certified Sports Hypnotist and Peak Performance Trainer, and Life Strategies Coach. She is also currently writing a book about the Elite Athlete that includes interviews from some top names in sports and coaching, including former Olympians, WNBA players and the winningest coach in College softball history.
