Plyometric exercises are an excellent way for athletes to increase and
develop their jumping, sprinting and explosive power. All ages of male and
female athletes who want to improve sports performance will benefit greatly
from this program! Athletes in such sports as basketball, volleyball,
football, soccer, track & field, fighting arts, field hockey, softball,
lacrosse and any other sports where speed, agility and quickness are
essential to peak performance will find this program particularly useful!
Basic, Intermediate and Advanced
programs--Can be built around specific sports if desired. Each is a
four-week session. Group session prices based on Minimum of 8 participants.
